Tasting Australia (https://tastingaustralia.com.au/): The Tasting Australia Vendor Portal is currently closed. Applications for 2026 Food and Coffee Vendors in Town Square will reopen in October 2025.
This application process will specify the site hire fee, equipment and services provided by Events South Australia and provide details on event dates and opening times. It will also specify what is required by the Vendor’s including experience required, local produce requirements, equipment, and staffing. Some categories will include creative criteria as part of the assessment
After the Vendor assessment is complete, you will be contacted via email on the results of your application.
If you are successful, you will be provided with a General Goods and Services Contract that specifies the Terms and Conditions required for your participation in the event.
If you are unsuccessful, you will be notified by email and if requested, feedback will be provided. Please note that the applications for Vendors are highly competitive and we cannot guarantee placement. However, we do encourage you to apply for a Vendor position for the following year.
